General Terms
& Conditions
Booking
All alternations, bookings, cancellations, and changes must be made in
writing. All rates are quoted in EURO/ USD per person and include taxes.
Darwan Tour & Travel Co. Ltd reserves the right to alter itineraries
and accommodation preferences in the event of circumstances beyond our
control.
Package Fees
The prices we quote are the latest we have received from our suppliers.
However, prices can change at any time, and you will be advised of the
correct price prior to your booking.
Passport
and Visas
Information about country passport and visa requirements can be obtained
from our reservation center staff who would be happy to advise you. It is
your responsibility to ensure that you and those in your party comply
with any relevant visa, passport and inoculation requirements and take
all necessary documentation with you in order to gain access to the
country or region of your choice. If you fail to do so, you will be
solely responsible for any cost, loss or damage that you, we, or our
travel partners incur as a result of your failure to obtain the relevant
documentation and/or inoculation.
Payment
Conditions
Prepayment: A
deposit of USD 500.00 is required at the time of booking to secure and
confirm your reservation. Full payment of all services is due to Darwan
Tour & Travel Co. Ltd upon first day of arrival in Iran, and to the
designated company’s representative who shall be named and identified to
you at the time of your booking agreement.
Method
of Payment
You could make payment to us by a bank draft (wire transfer) to our
bank account. Upon receiving the payment we will send you a
booking/invoice agreement via fax, which you sign and return to us.
Cancellation
Policy
All
cancellations must be received in writing. The date of such cancellation
shall be the date when written notice is received by Darwan Tour &
Travel Co. Ltd. In the event of any cancellation, the amount paid as
prepayment shall be forfeited in accord with the following terms:
60-75 days prior to commencement of service: 60%
refund of total amount (USD 500.00)
50-60 days prior to commencement of service: 30%
refund of total amount (USD 500.00).
Cancellation thereafter: No refund.
Liability
In general, Darwan Tour & Travel Co. Ltd shall not be liable for any
injury, damage, loss, or accident of whatever nature on any person or
goods incurring during, after, or in connection with, or as a result of
customers’ booking, travel, or stay organized through Darwan Tour &
Travel Co. Ltd, unless such is caused and proved, to be by intent or
gross negligence on the part of Darwan Tour & Travel Co. Ltd.
Darwan Tour & Travel Co. Ltd acts solely as agent for the operators
in the tours, including but not limited to: transport operators, hotels,
and car rentals. Thus, Darwan Tour & Travel Co. Ltd is not
responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or accident inflicted on any
person or thing caused by negligence or with intent from any such
operator.
Privacy
Policy
The information we ask in the reservation section is required and
necessary to ensure we are able to make and confirm your booking. This
information will not be used for any other purposes, and will not be
shared with any other outside parties except for necessary information
given to the parties involved in any booking (i.e. Hotels etc…).
The personal information provided to us will not be sold or shared, and
your email address will not be forwarded to outside parties.
Specific Terms
By signing the
booking agreement, which shall be sent to the customer upon booking, the
customer willfully has accepted the general terms and condition in this
web site or document, as a part of the agreement between Darwan Tour
& Travel Co. Ltd and the customer.
Jurisdiction
We are an Iranian registered company. The business and services we offer
are governed by the applicable laws of Iran. Any dispute concerning the
general and specific terms and conditions listed here, shall be governed
for all purposes by Iranian law.
Disclaimer
While Darwan Tour & Travel Co. Ltd has taken all reasonable steps to
ensure that the information contained in this web site are as accurate as
possible. However, we cannot warrant the accuracy of the information
contained in the site. Darwan Tour & Travel Co. Ltd will advise you
of any changes before your booking, and update you if we receive further
information from the operator/vacation supplier after the time of
booking.
